You have entered the PMD Ministries, Inc. website. PMD Ministries, Inc. While the nature of our business and our website is strictly educational, financial, preaching, ministering, and singing the Gospel, and are not designed to appeal to children under the age of 13, we do believe that protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. This website includes specific applications which provide a vast array of services which may enable us to respond to Biblical questions, prayer requests, or other specific questions pertaining to PMD Ministries, Inc. or other matters from website visitors.

PMD MI is the sole owner of the information we collect. We collect information from our customers at several different points on our website as well as through guest registration cards, product ordering, prayer requests, and various other means. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in any way that differs from what is disclosed in this notice.

We will not collect nonpublic personal information about you just because you visit this Internet site. There are applications on this website that provide you with the opportunity to inquire or order CDs, listen to samples of various sermons, inquire about an upcoming engagement, submit an invite for a musical concert or a speaking engagement; ask questions requiring a response, submit a prayer request, sign up for mailing list and electronic newsletters, participate in a customer surveys, or provide us with your email and contact information for future engagements in your area. Using these services is voluntary and may require that you provide additional personal information to us if you anticipate making a purchase or a charitable contribution. Providing the requested information implies your consent for us to use this data in order to respond to your specific request.

We may disclose all the information we collect, as described previously, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other individuals, ministries, conventions, churches with whom we have joint marketing agreements. If you prefer to write to us by mail, we will provide our address to you upon request via email. In the event you desire to no longer receive communications regarding product information or services from PMD MI, you may notify PMD MI via email at pastor@pastormarcusdavidson.com and request removal from product and service information mailings by PMD MI.

Except as set forth in this Privacy Statement, personally identifiable information is not otherwise released by PMD MI to outside parties unless required by law or legal process (for example, subpoena or court order). PMD MI reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances (such as suspected illegal activity) on a case by case basis and at the sole discretion of PMD MI. Ordering

Our product order forms require you to disclose personal information. Here a customer must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill the customers’ order(s). If we experience difficulty while processing an order, the contact information is used to contact the user. Use of all PMD MI products is subject to the terms and conditions of the then current Copyright License Agreement; rules and regulation laws.
